About PecoFence

PecoFence organizes your Windows desktop into translucent fences: group files and folders in panels, combine fences into tabs, show live folders, roll fences up to their title and bring them above any app with a shortcut. Rules for file types, names, size or date sort new files automatically, and snapshots, daily backups and config export keep your layout safe. It's a native Rust app that idles at about 40 MB of RAM, and a bundled CLI lets an AI coding agent configure it for you. Available from the Microsoft Store, winget, or as a portable ZIP or installer. Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 22H2+; the ZIP and installer builds are not code-signed yet.
