About openheard

openheard collects product feedback in one loop: a public board where users post, vote and comment, a roadmap driven by statuses, and a changelog that emails everyone who asked when their request ships. It adds a dashboard inbox with merge, tags and internal notes, a help center, an embeddable widget, Slack/Discord/webhook alerts, CSV import from Canny, plus an HTTP API and MCP server. The free cloud plan includes every feature and up to 2 workspaces; Pro ($19/month) adds more workspaces and priority support. You can also self-host it for free on Cloudflare's free tier. AGPL-3.0 licensed.
