Folio
Self-hosted team wiki where every page is a Markdown file in Git, with real-time co-editing, databases and whiteboards.
About Folio
Folio is an open-source team wiki and docs workspace that stores every page as a plain Markdown file in a Git repository you control, so there is no export step or lock-in. People write together in the browser in real time, with page history, tables and databases, forms, Mermaid diagrams, Excalidraw whiteboards and offline editing, and AI agents can read and write the same pages through MCP. It runs with a single docker compose command, sends no telemetry, and is MIT-licensed. A live demo is available without sign-up. Self-hosted only (Docker + PostgreSQL + Redis); the public demo resets every 24 hours. The built-in AI assistant is optional and needs your own Cursor subscription.
