About Scissor

Scissor combines vector and pixel editing in a WebAssembly app: pen, curvature and shape tools, type on a path with OpenType features, pixel layers, image tracing, symbols, brushes, effects and boards. It imports SVG, PDF, .ai and PSD and exports SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG and WebP. Documents are saved as files on your own computer, and nothing is uploaded. The editor itself is closed source; only the manual, samples and issue tracker are public.
