Petal
Open-source pair programming: low-latency multi-window screen sharing with remote control, from the makers of CoScreen.
About Petal
Petal is a screen sharing app built for pairing and small engineering syncs by former CoScreen founders. Each window a teammate shares appears on your desktop as its own native, movable window instead of a tile in a meeting grid. Several people can share at once, everyone gets a labeled telepointer and can draw on shared windows, and you can hand a teammate remote control of a window (with a consent prompt by default). Rooms are persistent and joined with a short access code or invite link, with no sign-up; people without the app can join from the browser. Use the free hosted service or point the app at your own LiveKit server with one docker-compose. Apache-2.0. The macOS app is signed and notarized; the Windows build is early and unsigned.
