For the people who build

Built it your way?
Let the world try it.

Share your free alternative with the world. Find your first users, thoughtful feedback, and a few well-earned stars.

Submit your project No fees. No unnecessary hoops.
An open web. A simple idea.

Not just another directory.
A little more possibility.

We connect people looking for alternatives with the people building them. Find a tool, explore the details, and tell its creator what you think.

From the community. For the community.
Is everything here actually free?

Projects need a working free version with no expiration date, not just a trial. Self-hosted tools may still require a server budget. Access models and limitations appear in each listing. Projects are reviewed before publication.

Does a project have to be open source?

No. The directory welcomes both open-source projects and free, closed-source apps. These are clearly labeled and easy to filter. Creators disclose the license, supported platforms, and any hosting requirements.

How do I submit my alternative?

Choose Submit project, paste a link, and name the paid tool it replaces. Add a description, category, and access model. Every submission is reviewed before publication. A contact email is required so the administrator can reach you. This address stays private.

What does not belong in the directory?

This is a place for independent alternatives, not cracks, leaked code, or license bypasses. Submitters must have the right to share their project. No fake endorsements and no paid ranking boosts.
